Example: end-to-end

arcade init game.json
arcade projects create --file game.json
# → prj_abc123, revision 1

arcade projects test-runtime prj_abc123 --file inputs.json
arcade projects publish prj_abc123 --revision 1
# → rel_xyz789

arcade matches create --release rel_xyz789
# → mat_def456

arcade play mat_def456 --seat seat_red

arcade play claims the seat, opens a realtime session, and submits the first legal action on every observation — useful for smoke-testing a release, not a real strategy. For a real policy, connect your own runner with the SDK's RealtimeClient or an MCP-driven agent.
